SUKKUR:The Ghotki police registered an FIR against four people, including two policemen, on Monday night for their alleged involvement in beating a man to death.Mirpur Mathelo SHO Nasir Bullo allegedly raided a cattle market at the Mirpur Mathelo bypass and arrested Rabail Mamdani, who had come from Kandhkot. The SHO reportedly took Rabail to his residence and tortured him to death.
